Pet Policy

Station at Old Town is a pet-friendly community, and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. From nearby walking trails to the multiple pet stations throughout the property, you and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together. Our non-refundable pet fee is $350 per pet, with a monthly Pet Rent of $25 each. We have a two pet maximum with a 100 pound weight limit. We do, however, have some breed restrictions. (see below) Dog breeds that are restricted: *Shepherd *Doberman *Rottweiler *Pitbull *Chow *Bull Mastiff *Wolf-dog hybrid *Great Dane *St Bernard Any other dog breeds are restricted by applicable law or regulation. Other pets that are restricted: Ferrets, Reptiles, Tarantulas, Rodents.
